Some managers are deluded into thinking that that staff members are slaves and should work at all times of the day. They are people who lack experience as managers they have not worked as junior staff members they were made managers from day one.

The main reason behind this is that the managers are facing a problem and do not have a solution to the problem so they blame the employee that they have caused the problem and they should fix it. Another reason for blaming employees is that these managers do not have the proper training to deal with such problems.
